Rich was the 2017 Rookie of the Year within the Jefferies Equities Division (one of three divisions at ~4,000 employee company). All employees who joined Jefferies within one year of 2017 are eligible for the award, regardless of title.

Rich consistently ranks in the Top 30 (of ~300) of Institutional Equity Salespeople covering high-octane, institutional hedge funds including Millennium, Point72, Balyasny and Schonfeld. These rankings consist of salespeople from Jefferies competitors including Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, etc.

Captain - Johns Hopkins University Baseball
Rich was one of four captains on the 2014 Johns Hopkins University Varsity Baseball team. Rich was a four year letter winner in both Baseball and Football at Johns Hopkins university winning a combined four conference championships.

NY Post Brooklyn Player of the Year - Baseball and Soccer
Rich was named the Brooklyn High School Player of the Year and New York City First Team by the New York Post for both Baseball and Soccer during his senior seasons at Poly Prep.

Record Letterwinner - Poly Prep
Rich holds the Poly Prep record for number of varsity letters with 13. Rich was a four year letter winner in Baseball and Soccer, a three year letter winner in Football, and a two year letter winner in Basketball. Rich kicked for the Football team and played Goalkeeper for the Soccer team during the same season.
